Terms of Service

Here at Marvel Morphs we aim to produce healthy animals that will be a cherished pet. These TOS are to ensure fairness between Marvel Morphs and the buyer.  Also, it is to safeguard the safety of the animals sold. Never hesitate to ask a question!

Store Policies: Store Policies


All online payments can be completed through our online store.  Checks and money orders are not accepted. Cash accepted only if local and in person.  Deposits and payment plans can be accepted (details below).  If you pay in full but the animal must be held due to weather concerns or other issues, we will hold your animal for up to 90 days at no extra charge.  Payment must be received in full prior to shipping or delivery.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for animals priced at or above $400 or more.  (Holiday Sale Geckos excluded from payment plan offers)  Payment plan begins with a 25% non-refundable deposit of the full amount agreed upon.  Monthly payments are required until full balance has been paid.  Monthly payments are due on the same date of the following month from the date of deposit or last payment.  Time period for payment plans and monthly payment amounts are to be set upon agreement.  Upon receipt of deposit, Marvel Morphs will place animal on hold under buyers’ name and not sell gecko to other customers for duration of payment plan.  At any time prior to the agreed upon time period, buyer has the option to pay full balance and receive the gecko.  If buyer fails to make monthly payment by payment due date, Marvel Morphs reserves the right to remove the sales hold, and place on sale for other customers.  Buyer can make a late payment, which will automatically place the animal on hold again.  If the animal is sold before the buyer can make a late payment, or if the buyer cannot make any subsequent payments for the duration of the payment plan period, then the agreement is terminated, and all business is concluded between Marvel Morphs and buyer.  All payments are non-refundable, except in the event that the animal dies within the payment period.  If the animal dies within the agreed upon time period, Marvel Morphs will refund all payments back to the buyer.

Marvel Morphs is not responsible for carrier delays or mishandlings.  Shipping is done through a few sources like Reptiles2You (R2Y),, or  They all use overnight shipping through FedEx or UPS. This charge can range between $50 to above $80 dollars depending upon location.  Select shipping by region in the cart to add to your total amount.  Marvel Morphs will not ship out reptiles if the weather conditions are outside of the species tolerable range at both shipping and receiving locations.  Once arrived, notify Marvel Morphs in the form of a text or message within an hour.  Make sure to inspect your animal and immediately report any possible injuries with pictures or video.  We require message notification of arrival up to 1hr after shipping notification has been received from the shipping company.

Live Animal Guarantee (LAG)

Marvel Morphs applies a live animal guarantee (LAG) to the shipment.  The animals must be delivered on first attempt.  If no one is there to receive them the LAG is voided.  We must be notified within 1 hour if an animal is dead on arrival (DOA) along with proof in the form of a picture or video of the dead animal for a refund to be issued.  ***If notification and picture/video isn’t received within an hour, LAG is voided.***

Health Guarantee

All animals sold come with a 10 day limited health guarantee from arrival date.  Health guarantee does not cover injury once in your care, nor does it include complications such as dehydration and heat stress in animals not properly unpacked after delivery in a timely manner. However, for a claim to be considered, we will need to see habitat conditions for the animal.  If you see symptoms of sickness or potential death up to 10 days after arrival date, notify Marvel Morphs immediately so we can assist and recommend vets, diets, calcium supplements, etc.  Don’t hesitate to ask.  If the animal passes away while covered by the health guarantee, we will either 1) refund your payment minus shipping cost (with photo or vet verification) or 2) replace the animal, if possible, with additional shipping costs to the buyer.
